I love this game. But every time you take a hiatus, it gets so much more complex, it makes it impossible to get back into.

But I have to say, this is the only game in which you can truly forge your destiny. Instead of being one of the 11 million to killed Porky the Pesky Pig for Regina the Retarded Runt in the Timeless Tavern of Tomfoolery.

Stories like Tipa’s are what makes me so glad that EVE exists. I’ll probably never play it again; I don’t feel like I have to. I get plenty of enjoyment reading stories like this one.

Just another compliment on your enjoyable stories…

Next time someone tells me they tried eve but found it boring, I’ll point them here. Get a corp, explore the hundreds of aspects to the game and set your own goals – that’s the key to enjoying this game and i think your tales show that perfectly.

I’ll still try and pod you, if i find you in providence though ;o)

@Maedhros Yeah, it’s Tipa’s tales of EVE that got me to play. And I’m loving it, even though I got my mission ship popped last night.

Clearly these sleeper plexes require a whole different setup and tactics than rats do. We fought them like rats, and reverted to ratting habits. It got us killed. Strangely, this makes me want to go into more wormholes, and fight more sleepers. But I can be like that.
