I know what you mean by leaving games unfinished. I've just gotten through the story in Torchlight and am in the Shadow Labs. I don't know if this is the endless dungeon but I'm grinding along for some set pieces. Before I finish up and put it away, I'm going to try out some of the weirder mods. I haven't started Dragon Age, a friend and me have been trying to finish Baldur's Gate II for about 7 years (obviously not playing alot), it's been like a laughing stock of unfinished business. I heard that Dragon Age is a spiritual successor to BG and you could hear a deflating sound.

GL with your backlog!

Well, the mission always tries to explain the reasons for their nefarious actions. *I* don't get why they just don't hire capsuleers with their largely-crewless but higher performing ships. Even in Level 4 missions, any player could win a 1v1 with any given enemy.

Yeah, sometimes people get odd thoughts in their head and the only reason that works is to seperate away from them. Sometimes people just fail to think what it'd be like to be in the other guys shoes, and think something is just a great idea because hey, they wont be the duck.

And is it just me, but does anyone else wonder about the pirates and how they actually earn a living? Or why they don't give up? They just get beat all the time. I presume they have the same immortal clone technology as PC's (which is something else that grates, actually).

Warhammer doesn't need a trial code anymore -- it's an unlimited length trial up through Tier 1 (level 11 is the cap) anymore. You can't send mail or access your faction's capital, but other than that, it's the complete game (I'm told -- I haven't seen a dungeon or anything like that yet). Many bloggers I've read indicate they feel T1 RvR is the most fun anyway and when you get RvR flagged it sets you to level 11 for the duration of your flag in order to be "fair to the newbies" so you can jump right in from minute 1. Well... more like minute 10 if you ran straight to the RvR area from the start point and knew right where you were going.

Totally agree with you about not wanting to be a duck on the firing range while in hi-sec. I'd leave that one if that happened for sure.
